North is operated Tues through Sat for dinner service by Stephen Mancini, Executive John Poiarkoff and our award winning team.
Stephen was trained by a well-known & respected New York City based restaurateur Danny Meyer. During his apprenticeship with Union Square Hospitality Group, Stephen notably ran the Beverage Program at Union Square Café & Maialino as well as working at Gramercy Tavern. The concept behind Restaurant North is farm driven New American Cuisine.
After over Six Years of Operation, North is still recognized as an industry pioneer and benchmark for enlightened hospitality and culinary excellence on a national level.
