At Restaurant North, we apply the same approach to our wine list that our Executive Chef John Poiarkoff applies to his menu, we source our wines from small family owned wineries many of which we have personal relationships. We believe that the winemaker is part of a wines terroir, their role in vinification process and the decisions they make on the crush pad or in the cellar ultimately determine the finished wine. This approach to curating our wine list produces a deeply personal experience for our staff and guests.
